Redtone is now a subsidiary of Bjcorp and it receives many jobs and contracts from U Mobile and Berjaya companies. Redtone is public listed (Second board) while the other is seeking listing.

Not necessary listing on Bursa Malaysia. Can also list in other countries, that's why the banker said USD hundrends of millions.

Redtone declared interim dividend of 1 sen which will be paid out next week, so is it likely to have final dividend also?

I ask because last month's volume has also been relatively higher than usual.

Company appointed telco man as new CFO.

Tan Sri Robert suggested that the company should exercise share buy back when the price is below RM0.80 during he AGM (since Bjcorp said that was a fair price). Looks like they only keeping it above RM0.50 currently. Dont know how long we have to wait to see some action.

This week, a 3rd director from VT has been appointed to the board of Redtone. He is a director of 7eleven, and U Television Sdn Bhd..the parent company of U Mobile. Corporate exercise?

He did, but also said that a transfer to the main board wasn't the top of their priorities.

At the AGM, Dato' Wei said that he wishes to "remain optimistic" about future synergies with U Mobile.

I wonder whom sapu nearly 2.5 million shares these 2 days.

Bjcorp is cash rich, so shouldn't they be buying up the shares especially at these kinda prices? They were willing to pay 80sen not too long ago.

Guys, if and when U Mobile is injected into Redtone, how do the owners of U Movile get compensated? Would Redtone issue a tonne of shares to them?
